Five Students Chosen for TED-Ed’s Great Ideas Quest

TedEd Great Ideas Quest

Five Saint Andrew’s students were selected to have their TEDxSaintAndrewsSchool student talks published on the TED-Ed Student Talks YouTube Channel.

Last year, Ms. Jennings, Mr. Pentler, and Ms. Winer submitted five student talks to the TED-Ed’s Great Ideas Quest. The faculty members were thrilled to discover that all five student talks they submitted were selected. TED-Ed received over 500 submissions for the Great Ideas Quest in 2023, and less than a fifth of the talks were chosen to be published.

The students who had their talks published include Fernando Ferreira ’25, Kirsty MacKay ’30, Morgan Mattson ’24, Francisco Paz ’23, and Brielle Rebello ’24. Click on a student's name to watch their talk.

TEDxSaintAndrewsSchool program is currently in its sixth year. The school’s TEDx event will take place Friday, April 19, and will showcase Lower, Middle, and Upper School students as well as faculty.
